Surrey Heath Chronic Pain Service

Expert Support for Long-Term Pain Management

At our clinic, the Surrey Heath Chronic Pain Service offers a comprehensive, patient-centred approach to managing persistent pain conditions. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to improving your quality of life, helping you regain function, and empowering you to take control of your pain.

We deliver personalised care plans that may include:

  • 1:1 Physiotherapy, including acupuncture and tailored rehabilitation
  • Functional Movement Classes (FMC) to improve mobility, strength, and confidence
  • Seated Pilates for gentle, accessible exercise and core stability
  • Mindfulness and Relaxation (M+R) Classes to support mental wellbeing and pain coping strategies
  • 1:1 Psychology for emotional support and behavioural pain management
  • A comprehensive medical review by specialist doctors, including medication optimisation, consideration of further diagnostics, and injections where clinically appropriate

Whether your pain stems from fibromyalgia, complex regional pain syndrome, or chronic post-surgical pain, our experienced team will support you every step of the way.

Please note: Our NHS Community Chronic Pain Service will stop accepting new referrals on 31st March 2026.
After this date, NHS patients will be directed by their GP to services provided by Frimley/ICB as part of the new NHS chronic pain pathway.

Advanced MSK Diagnostic and Treatment Service

Precision Diagnosis and Treatment for Musculoskeletal Conditions

Our Advanced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Diagnostic and Treatment Service delivers expert assessment and management of complex joint, muscle, and soft tissue conditions. Led by experienced MSK clinicians and supported by state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, we aim to provide fast and accurate diagnoses, targeted treatments, and clear rehabilitation plans.

We help patients with conditions such as joint instability, sports injuries, tendon disorders, and unexplained musculoskeletal pain – reducing the need for multiple appointments or long waits.

Our services may include:

  • Clinical examination by Advanced MSK Practitioners
  • Ultrasound-guided injections
  • Joint and soft tissue aspiration
  • Referral pathways for imaging (MRI, X-ray) or surgical opinion

Please note: Our NHS MSK Service will close on 31st March 2026, following changes made by Frimley Hospital and the Integrated Care Board (ICB).
We are awaiting confirmation from Frimley about where MSK patients will be directed after this date, and GPs will advise patients once these new arrangements are confirmed.

    We are located in central Camberley attached to the Upper Gordon Road Surgery. Upper Gordon Road Surgery is located off Heathcote Road.

    We are 10 minutes walk from Camberley train station. There is a free car park and 2 hours free parking on adjacent roads.
