Surrey Clinical
Care Services

We regret to share that, following the decommissioning of the NHS Surrey Heath Chronic Pain Service and the NHS Advanced MSK Service, we will be closing our physiotherapy practice.

As a result of these NHS changes:
– Chronic Pain Service patients will transfer to Frimley Park Hospital
– MSK patients are expected to be absorbed into Primary Care
Due to this, we have had to make the difficult decision to close the entire business,
including private physiotherapy, sports massage, Pilates, and podiatry.
Our final day of trading will be 31 March 2026

Mission
Statement

Surrey Clinical Care Services was established to provide a comprehensive musculoskeletal and pain management service offering a timely alternative to lengthy NHS wait times.

Our mission is to provide rapid access to expert multidisciplinary care that restores function and mobility, relieves pain, and enhances quality of life.
We specialise in advanced injection therapies, including Hyaluronic acid, Arthrosamid and Steroid injections.
The focus of these procedures is to restore function and alleviate discomfort. This facilitates improved mobility and thus enables more effective engagement in rehabilitation, which is supported by our comprehensive range of services, including Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Pilates, and sports massage.

Whether you are recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to enhance your mobility and strength, our expert team is committed to providing personalised care with compassion, professionalism, and the highest clinical standards. We help every patient achieve lasting recovery, improved performance, and a healthier, more active life.

Arthrosamid

Arthrosamid is an innovative, non-biodegradable hydrogel injection designed to treat knee osteoarthritis. It offers long-lasting pain relief and improved joint function by acting as a permanent cushion inside the joint.

It is not a steroid or hyaluronic acid – it’s a polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAAG 2.5%), made up of 97.5% water and 2.5% cross-linked polymer.

How Does Arthrosamid® Work?

  • Arthrosamid is injected directly into the knee joint.
  • Once injected, it integrates into the synovial membrane (joint lining), creating a soft, cushioning effect.
  • This reduces pain, improves shock absorption, and helps the knee move more smoothly.
  • Unlike hyaluronic acid or steroid injections, Arthrosamid is long-lasting — often providing relief for 12 months or longer, with some patients benefiting for several years.
